This is amazing! I can't believe this picture doesn't have any comments yet... I guess everyone's sleeping or something! 
Anyways...the detail is exquisite on this picture. It looks like this took a lot of work. You're right. Dreadwing does look awesome as a Tengu (I know nothing about Japanese mythology btw). I love the face, it's a perfect translation from his robot face to a bird-like face. Awesome work!
(I can't wait to see the other TF characters as Tengus. You'll make them look really cool!)
